I had worked with Ron Cullipher in the late nineties on a large boat manufacturing renovation and expansion project. Chase Cullipher was working on the Hangar project when I was appointed President. I was pleased to see the same quality of work, professionalism and efficiency from Chase that I experienced from Ron. I welcome discussing in more depth the size and scope of the Coastal Yacht Hangar and the tremendous contribution the Cullipher Group had in the total project development.

[They] made themselves knowledgeable of the complete projects and were fully capable of assisting in obtaining permits and project oversight. [Their] professionalism and trustworthiness has been previously demonstrated for many years.

The quad-plex design of this development was unique and challenging, and Ron’s knowledge and expertise were instrumental in meeting those challenges. ECCDI has continued to work with Ron through the years on several of our housing developments, and within the past five (5) years have begun working with Chase and Glenn. Chase Cullipher was invaluable in overcoming those challenges. Chase went beyond the call of duty by going before several local jurisdictions to ensure all requirements were complete by the deadlines imposed.
